We’re a locally owned marine foam decking shop in Manteo, NC. We design, CNC-cut and install custom EVA foam decks for boaters across the Outer Banks and the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill area.
Who We Are
A Deck Shop That Comes to the Dock
Deck Boss Marine is built on a simple idea: boaters deserve a deck that’s comfortable, safe and looks like it came from the factory, without hauling the boat across the state.
Out here, a boat deck takes a beating. Sun bakes the gelcoat, salt and sand wear down the non-skid, and old carpet stays wet for days. Custom EVA foam decking fixes all of that, and it’s our whole focus.
We template your boat in person, design the layout with you, cut every piece on our own CNC machine and come back to install it. Whether it’s a full deck on a center console, a casting deck on a bass boat or a branded pad for your cooler, we treat it like our own boat.

No generic kits. We template every surface on your actual boat so each piece fits tight around hatches, cleats and cup holders.
Cut in Our Own Shop
Every pad is CNC-cut in-house, including boat names, logos, fish rulers and topo maps, so we control the quality from start to finish.
Premium MarineMat Foam
We install MarineMat, a closed-cell EVA marine foam that grips wet or dry, stays cooler in the sun and resists mold, mildew and stains.

Mobile installs at your dock, driveway, storage lot or marina. No trailering your boat to a shop and no weeks without it.

You see a design proof with your colors, layout and graphics before anything is cut. No surprises on install day.
